[REAL-SKIN DE-OILING + PHOTOREALISM PATCH — STRONG]

Apply this patch ONLY to the skin rendering and photographic realism.
Preserve the existing character identity, facial geometry, skull shape, age, hairstyle, expression, gaze, clothing, pose, proportions, composition, camera angle, turnaround layout and background exactly as they are.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Remove the artificial oily, greasy, wax-coated, polished and synthetic-looking skin appearance.
The face must read as genuine untreated human skin photographed by a real camera, not AI beauty-retouched skin, not cosmetic advertising skin, not CGI skin.

1. STRONG DE-OILING / SPECULAR CONTROL

Aggressively suppress excessive skin specular reflections.

Reduce broad oily highlights across:
- forehead
- temples
- glabella
- nose bridge
- nose tip
- sides of nose
- upper cheeks
- under-eye region
- philtrum
- upper lip
- chin

Eliminate the appearance of a continuous glossy film sitting over the skin.

Skin highlights must become:

Hands must remain consistent with the face in age and skin realism.

10. REAL PHOTOGRAPHIC RESPONSE

The final rendering must behave like a genuine high-resolution studio photograph.

Use:

controlled specular intensity,
natural microcontrast,
soft photographic highlight roll-off,
subtle sensor texture,
realistic tonal separation.
